OUR POLICY

We will gladly accept returns on all items (except items marked Sale) postmarked within 14 days from time of delivery for store credit or exchange.
Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags and hygienic liner.
We do not offer refunds at this time. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any item(s) marked sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchange.

If any return does not meet the above requirements, the return will not be accepted and will be immediately returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to signs of wear, misuse, or alterations. If you have any questions please contact info@thebeachproject.co

EXCHANGING & RETURNING ITEMS

For Hong Kong SAR Orders

It's free to exchange items for the same item in a different size or color based on stock availability. Shipping is complimentary on the exchanged item (for Hong Kong orders).

To ship an item back to The Beach Project please:

 

  1. Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
  2. For returns: please indicate the reason for return on your invoice.
  3. For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an e-mail to info@thebeachproject.co with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
  4. Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag/cardboard box 
  5. Mail your package back to The Beach Project Address below:

 The Beach Project is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. You must pay for insurance and tracking, should you decide to use a shipping method other than the DHL label provided with your order. The Beach Project is NOT responsible for packages lost in transit.

 

For All Other International Orders

 

For orders outside Hong Kong SAR, customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, including tracking and insurance. Insurance amount shall be the value of the returned merchandise. We strongly encourage customer to send returned packages via a trusted and reputable courier service. The Beach Project is NOT responsible for packages lost in transit on returned items.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
Hong Kong SAR
We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. We will examine the returned goods for eligibility of refund or exchange. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or you’re The Beach Project account and will exclude original shipping costs in the case of expedited or international shipments (with the exception of faulty items).
 
International
Outside Hong Kong SAR, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through The Beach Project. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. We recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

DAMAGED GOODS
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately at info@thebeachproject.co
